When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• To add you to the listn waitlist
• To send you email updates related to listn, including:
  - waitlist confirmation
  - early access invitations
  - product launch updates

We do not use your email address for advertising unrelated to listn.

• confirming your email address via the confirmation email (double opt-in).

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage the waitlist and send emails.
Your email address is processed by Kit on our behalf in accordance with GDPR.
Kit acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

7. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc.
When you visit our website, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information) may be processed by Vercel for the purpose of providing and securing the website.

8. Data retention

We store your email address only for as long as necessary to:
• manage the waitlist, and
• send you updates related to listn.

You may unsubscribe at any time. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
